How online classes is only option for study…is every child in India capable of using smartphones which have emerged as essential tools for online learning learning during covid 19 lockdown.onground situations and possible solutions was conducted by child rights NGO Tarang foundation by us with an aim of analyzing access to technology. The findings of the study showed that 43.99 percent of children have access to smartphones and other 43.99 percent of students have access to basic phones while 12 % do not have access to either smartphones or basic phones..The lockdown induced by covid 19 pandemic in March prompted school and colleges to move to the virtual world for teaching and learning activities..Tarang foundation is now going to manage e classroom for needy ones….E classroom is for group study ..more than one child can access through digital devices….Tarang foundation’s one more step towards child e learning…
